How much does a consultation cost?

A 30-minute session is AUD $100 + GST. If you need more time, each additional 30 minutes is AUD $50.

What should I bring to my appointment?

A valid passport or government ID, academic transcripts or certificates if you’re discussing study options, and any prior visa refusal letters if relevant. If you don’t have these yet, come as you are — we can still map out your options.

How long does a consultation take?

Most sessions run 30–45 minutes, though we’re happy to spend longer if your case involves multiple visa or course options.

Can I reschedule after booking?

Plans change — just call or email us as early as you can and we’ll find another time that works. There’s no charge for rescheduling with reasonable notice.
